If this description alone is enough to have captured your heart, then you can go ahead and place a pre-order for The Narrator on BestBuy.com for just one dollar shy of a Benjamin. (more…)

Microsoft knows this, which is why they are future forward and brimming with enthusiasm about meeting what lies ahead with a can-do attitude. Claiming that “advances in touch, 3D and HD display technologies” have resulted in a whole new world of possibilities, these technologies have certainly done their bit to change the way we watch movies as well as snap photos. Not only that, the workload at the office is also lightened and refined thanks to large-scale touchscreens which is said to ensure productivity remains at an optimal level as one is able to interact with colleagues in new ways regardless of their physical location. Showing off eight different next generation PC displays, they comprise of the HP TouchSmart 620 3D Edition PC (which you see above), the Sony VAIO L, the Acer Gateway One ZX, the Asus ROG G75VW, the Toshiba Qosmio X775 3DV, the Sharp 80-Inch AQUOS Board, the Lenovo ThinkPad X230T and the Samsung Smart Station CA 750.

That is the advice that is worth following, and Asus has done so to the hilt with the EeePad Transformer TF101 tablet/laptop hybrid that purportedly solves whatever niggling issues that accompanied the first Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system update. For instance, some of the additions include Face Unlock as well as improvements made to the email and System Bar Unlock. Update 9.2.1.24 is available via Over The Air, and some folks have counted the number of times that Asus has tried to fix the situation for good – hitting number four in the process. Whoever said that third time was the charm, must have been sorely mistaken. If you happen to own an Asus EeePad Transformer TF101, have you applied the latest Ice Cream Sandwich fix, and does it spell the end of your troubles or woes? Do leave a comment and let us know.

It is time to live out the proverb, “All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy”, which is why Microsoft decided to offer a free Xbox 360 with each PC purchased from May 20th onwards. This does not apply to just about any computer, as students in the US who pick up a qualifying Windows PC worth $699 or more at participating retailers will have to make more room in their car boot to stuff in a 4GB Xbox 360 console as well. This is not the first time that something like this has happened, as the same offer was put up last year as well. As for our friends living in the Great White North, this offer will kick off from May 18th onwards. (more…)

Once the unmanned Dragon Space capsule reaches the ISS, it will be received by astronauts using a robotic arm. It will be carrying supplies meant for the ISS after which it will head back to earth with cargo in it.
